Our Organic Brown Rice is flavourful, easy to digest, and loaded with nutrition. Brown rice retains the bran and as such has a higher nutritional value than most other rices. Whole brown rice is a good source of B vitamins, such as thiamin and niacin, and also provides fibre, iron, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium. The germ of whole rice contains phytin, which helps expel toxins from the body.

Regular brown rice has a plump shape and absorbs water easily when cooked, becoming soft and a little sticky.
